Many but One 2007-2008 Courses Available

Many but One will be offering classes for the 2008-2009 upcoming school year.

Please see below the classes available and who will be teaching them at the new Many but One dance studio on 18th Street.

These classes will be held to help raise funds for Many but One.

Below is Treasha's note regarding the language credit required for college. So many people are concerned that colleges will not accept their child's foreign language class if it's not 'accredited'.

Boys are welcome in age appropriate classes

Spanish is accredited but accreditation is NOT necessary for college.

You just must have 2 years of language, does not have to be any different from any other class.

Both of our girls got into college without ANY ACCREDITED COURSES! THIS IS WHAT BRENDA WORKED FOR!

Fridays:

Spanish II (Denise Nering)

Students will continue their journey through

the language with food, conversation, understanding

the culture, and did I mention food?

High school

Adv. Algebra/Geometry (Linda McLelland)

This is for students who have completed

one year of algebra and are confident to move

to the next level as well as begin the study of geometry.

Spanish I (Denise Nering) 6th grade and up

Introduction to Spanish, culture, conversation,

music and FOOD.

Anatomy/Physiology (Linda McLelland)

Our "nurse on staff" will explore

the body and how incredibly woven

together our Maker has created us.

Music Appreciation (Denise Nering)

8 and older

A fun time will children will learn the history

of music, study the instruments, and once

again see the creative hand of God.

Art

8 and older

So you think you can't draw or

even understand the word of art?

This class is for you, whether you

can or think you have two left hands,

come see how God has gifted you.

Literature and Composition (Karen Franklin)

Come and join Karen as she shows you

how easy it is to put a sentence together,

no pressure!

Algebra 1 (Linda McLelland) 8th grade and up

Students will go through the Keys to Algebra curriculum

When they are young, enjoy them at home, train them in the Lord. Your time
